Hopefully, the user was able to turn on the machine, if not, you might have some difficulties.

At the top of screen are the following options, Internet, File, View, Action, Help

Beneath Internet (it’s a pull down) you can choose setup or connect

Select Setup, and you should be able to choose Built in ISP or Custom. Built in is either, Earthlink USA or Earthlink CANADA, choose the appropriate, it then opens the setup window. Supposedly the Built In option has the proper DNS numbers in and you don’t have to type in a Login ID or password. If you select Custom, you get the following screen.

Phone Number - put in the access number

Login Name- ELN/username

Password- Password

DNS- there’s space for two numbers, primary and secondary

SMTP- mail.earthlink.net

POP3- mail.earthlink.net

Email ID- email address

POP3 Account- username

POP 3 Password- password
